SPEEDI BAKE: All our pre-baked bases cook in 4 minutes in our Pizzeria Pro Oven or in under 9 minutes in a home oven
- 430g each
- Individually shrink wrapped
- Frozen product. Store at or below -18 degrees celsius.
- Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
- 12 months shelf life. Once thawed, use within 72 hours.
- Defrost the pizza base at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Remove the pizza base from the packaging. - Add your desired toppings.
- Bake in Dough Tribe Pizzeria Pro Oven at Dial 2.5 for 4 minutes.
- Or, bake in Fan Oven: 220°C for 9-11 minutes.
- Or, bake in Conventional Oven: 230°C for 9-11 minutes.
Dough 55.8% (wheat flour, water, durum wheat semolina, salt, sunflower oil, yeast), tomato sauce 23.3% (tomato polpa, olive oil, salt, oregano, black pepper, garlic), mozzarella type cheese 20.9% (milk, vegetable oils (coconut, rapeseed, palm-kernel), salt, cheese cultures, rennet).
