All click and collect orders must be picked up from our in-store location in Brisbane. Our address is 21 Dividend Street, Mansfield, QLD, 4122 and all orders must be collected between 9am-5pm from Monday-Friday. We will send you a confirmation email when you're click and collect order is ready to pick up!

Delivery times will depend on your delivery address and will vary between customers. Please see our shipping and returns page here for more information regarding our shipping costs and delivery time. Shipping time will also depend on unavoidable events, such as public holidays.

If your Dough Tribe order is damaged, defective or has any issues upon reception, please contact us immediately at hello@doughtribe.com detailing the issue(s) and attaching any relevant images to confirm the issue(s). We will aim to reply to you and action the return within 7 days or less. Returns will be approved on a case by case basis. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to return perishable items, such as our Dough Tribe Pizza Bases and Little Bakes biscuits. 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@doughtribe.com letting us know. If we are not contacted within 4 hours of purchase that you would like to cancel your order, the order won't be cancelled and you will receive the product(s). However, you will still be able to return your order, provided it is unused and not a perishable item. Please contact us at hello@doughtribe.com to request a return.
