Frozen Shipping Orders
- Please note: FROZEN Shipping is only currently available within Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast & Toowoomba with a flat rate of $15.00 delivery.
- FROZEN Orders over $55 receive FREE DELIVERY
- Orders are dispatched between 7-10 days from receipt
CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY SLOT
Please use the date picker to choose the date you would like your order delivered by selecting local delivery. We deliver every business day between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
- You will receive a text or email to confirm/remind you of your delivery day
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- All of our products are available for pick up FOR FREE at the following address: 21 Dividend Street, Mansfield QLD 4122, Brisbane Australia between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
- If you do not use the date picker to chooser your date, one of our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm the best day (Mon - Fri between 8am - 6pm) to receive your order.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@doughtribe.com or phone 07 3348 4007 if the item is defective, damaged, spoiled or if you received the wrong item and we will ensure you receive a replacement or that your order is corrected.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges - Perishables/Frozen products
All refund and exchange requests will be approved on a case by case basis. For health and saftey reasons, we cannot except returns of perishable items, but Dough Tribe can process a refund or exchange if the item is damaged or defective when received.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the products and immediately freeze or refrigerate any of the perisable/frozen items within 6-7 hours of delivery maximum.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges - Non-Perishables (Homewares)
Dough Tribe will refund or replace any of our products if they are damaged or defective when received by the customer.
For a successful return, we require a 14-day return notice, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Should your return be in the required condition outlined above, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@doughtribe.com.
