Getting your products to you safe and sound is out top priority! We will always do everything we can to make sure our customers' orders and returns are fulfilled quickly, efficiently and correctly.

  • Please note: Shipping is only currently available within Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast with a flat rate of $15.00 delivery.
  • Orders are dispatched 7 days from receipt
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • All of our products are available for pick up at the following address: 21 Dividend Street, Mansfield QLD 4122, Australia between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

If your order has not arrived more than a week after the estimated time of 3-8 business days, please contact us at Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item and we will ensure you receive a replacement or that your order is corrected.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Not loving your Dough Tribe products? We will always try to fully return and refund or exchange your product to your satisfaction, however due to the nature of our service, all returns will be approved on a case by case basis. 

To request a return, refund or exchange, please email We will aim to get back to you within 7 days.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to return perishable items, such as our Dough Tribe Pizza Bases and Little Bakes biscuits. 

For a successful return, we require a 14-day return notice, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Should your return be in the required condition outlined above, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
