3/4 cup mascarpone
Handful of vanilla mini meringues
20g each of your choice of fruit (we love using kiwi fruit, strawberries and banana or whatever is in season!)
Pulp of one passionfruit
- Preheat our Pizzeria Pro Oven on Dial 3 for 7 minutes and cook your Dough Tribe Plain Base for 3-4 minutes OR preheat your conventional oven to 220°C for 10 minutes and cook your pizza base for 5-6 minutes.
- Once the base has fully cooled, evenly spread on the mascarpone, then evenly place your mini meringues and fruit.
- Drizzle on the passionfruit pulp, slice and enjoy!
