Doughvinci 12" Pepperoni Woodfired Pizza

Ingredients:
Pizza base (48%) (wheat flour, water, salt, sunflower oil, yeast, deactivated yeast, dextrose), tomato sauce (21%) (tomato sauce, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano, basil), mozzarella cheese (21%) (skim milk, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, coconut), salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet), pepperoni (7%) (meat including pork (97%), salt, spices, mineral salts (450, 451, 452), antioxidant (316), fermented rice, preservative (250)), BBQ sauce (tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, salt, thickener (1442), spices, colour (150d), natural flavour, vegetable extract, molasses, food acid (360), thickener (415), preservatives (202, 211)), bacon (7%) (pork, water, potato starch, salt, soy protein, sodium acetate (262), malic acid (296), nisin (234), emulsifiers (451, 450), sugar, antioxidant (316), yeast extract, sodium nitrite (250), natural smoke flavour).

FROM CHILLED

1. Remove pizza from all packaging.
2. Dough Tribe Pizzeria Pro Oven: Cook at Dial 2.5 for approximately 4 minutes.
3. Fan Oven: Preheat to 220°C and cook for 7–9 minutes.
4. Conventional Oven: Preheat to 220°C and cook for 8–9 minutes.
   

FROM FROZEN

1. Remove pizza from all packaging.
2. Dough Tribe Pizzeria Pro Oven: Cook at Dial 2.5 for approximately 5–6 minutes.
3. Fan Oven: Preheat to 220°C and cook for 9–11 minutes.
4. Conventional Oven: Preheat to 220°C and cook for 10–12 minutes.
   

Cook until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden. Cooking times may vary between appliances.
