Made with premium Italian flours and slow-leavened for 24 hours, these bases are baked to perfection in a woodfired oven - delivering that light, airy crust and crispy bite you'd expect from a true Italian pizzeria.
Whether you go for a classic Margherita or get creative with toppings, these artisan bases are the perfect foundation for your pizza masterpiece. Top, bake & enjoy. Your perfect slice starts here.
Speedi Bake: Our pre-baked bases cook in 4 minutes in the Pizzeria Pro Oven or under 9 minutes in a standard home oven.
- 190g each | 3 = 570g
- Shrink Wrapped in a pack of 3
- Frozen product. Store at or below -18 degrees celsius.
- Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
- 12 months shelf life. Once thawed, use within 72 hours.
- Defrost the pizza base at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Remove the pizza base from the packaging. - Add your desired toppings.
- Bake in Dough Tribe Pizzeria Pro Oven at Dial 2.5 for 4 minutes.
- Or, bake in Fan Oven: 220°C for 9-11 minutes.
- Or, bake in Conventional Oven: 230°C for 9-11 minutes.
