Crafted with premium Italian flours and 24-hour slow-leavened dough, each base is baked in a woodfired oven for that perfectly light, airy crust with a touch of char.
We’ve done the first step for you - topping it with rich, all-natural Italian tomato polpa, so all that’s left is your favourite cheese and toppings.
Whether you're keeping it classic or going gourmet, this base is your shortcut to seriously good pizza. Just top, bake & enjoy.
Speedi Bake: Pre-baked for convenience, it crisps up in 4 minutes in the Pizzeria Pro Oven or under 9 minutes in a standard home oven.
- 345g each | 2 = 690 g
- Shrink Wrapped in a pack of 2
- Frozen product. Store at or below -18 degrees celsius.
- Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
- 12 months shelf life. Once thawed, use within 72 hours.
- Defrost the pizza base at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Remove the pizza base from the packaging. - Add your desired toppings.
- Bake in Dough Tribe Pizzeria Pro Oven at Dial 2.5 for 4 minutes.
- Or, bake in Fan Oven: 220°C for 9-11 minutes.
- Or, bake in Conventional Oven: 230°C for 9-11 minutes.
