Crafted from an authentic Italian recipe and slow-fermented with sourdough, each pizza dough ball is frozen, hand-crafted, vegan-friendly, and full of flavour. They’re designed to rise beautifully in your oven – giving you that golden, chewy, restaurant-quality crust right at home.

  • 300g each
  • Individually wrapped
  • Frozen product. Store at or below -18 degrees celsius.
  • Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
  • 5 days shelf life when stored chilled at or under 4 degrees celsius.

Defrosting
Leave frozen dough balls either at room temperature or in the fridge until the centre is soft. Place the defrosted dough in a bowl or tray, cover, and leave at room temperature for 2–4 hours to proof if required. Dust with flour, then stretch or roll to 12-inch or your desired shape and size.

Baking
Top with your favourite ingredients and bake until toppings are fully cooked and the crust is golden brown. Cooking times will vary depending on oven type, toppings, and temperature.

How to Use Dough Tribe Frozen Pizza Dough

STORE IT: Keep your dough balls in the freezer at -18°C to -20°C until you’re ready to get cooking.

DEFROST IT: Take out the dough balls you need. You can either leave at room temperature until the centre is soft or leave in the fridge overnight until the centre is soft.

PROOF IT: Once defrosted, pop them in a bowl or tray, cover, and let them sit at room temperature for 2–4 hours to proof.

TOP IT: Dust with flour, then stretch or roll your dough to around 12 inches (or any size you like). Rustic or round—there’s no wrong way. Then add your favourite sauce, cheese, and toppings.

BAKE IT: Cook until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are fully cooked. Times will vary depending on your oven and how loaded your pizza is.

Pro tip: hotter ovens = crispier bases.
